Well, let me tell ya somethin’ about this RipX thing on that Mac, you know, the one with the apple on it. I heard folks talkin’ ’bout it, sayin’ it can do somethin’ with music and sounds. Sounds fancy, but I’ll try to make sense of it for ya, the way I understand it, mind you.
So, first off, they say you can use this RipX on them newfangled Macs, the ones with the M1, M2, M3 chips. Sounds like a bunch of numbers to me, but if you got a new Mac, you’re probably good to go. They also said somethin’ ’bout Monterey, but I ain’t got no clue what that is. Sounds like a place, maybe? Anyways, if your Mac is new, you should be alright.
Now, this RipX thing, they call it a DAW. Don’t ask me what that means, but it sounds important. They say it’s got somethin’ called Audioshop and a Harmonic Editor. Sounds like a place to fix radios or somethin’. But they say it’s for editin’ music real good, like, the best there is. They even say it’s got that AI stuff, you know, like them robots they talk about on TV. So, I guess this RipX is pretty smart, smarter than me, that’s for sure.
What can RipX do? Well, they say it can do all sorts of things with music. You can take a song and rip it apart, like, pull out the drums, the guitars, the singer, all that stuff. Then you can change things around, make it sound different. It’s like takin’ apart a quilt and puttin’ it back together a new way. They also say you can clean up the sound, make it sound better. So, if you got a scratchy old record, maybe this RipX can make it sound new again.
And get this, they said you can use this RipX on two computers. So, if you got a couple of them Macs, you can put it on both. That’s pretty handy, I reckon. But they also said somethin’ ’bout activatin’ it, like turnin’ it on. I guess you gotta do that after you try it out for free. They always tryin’ to get ya to pay for somethin’, ain’t they?
Now, I heard some folks talkin’ ’bout torrents. Don’t know much about that, sounds kinda shady to me. But they say you can get movies and games and stuff that way. I guess you can get this RipX that way too, but I ain’t tellin’ you to do it, mind you. Just sayin’ what I heard. You gotta be careful with that torrent stuff, you never know what you’re gonna get.
- They keep updatin’ this RipX thing, addin’ new stuff all the time. They said somethin’ ’bout a new version comin’ out, 5.2.5 they called it. Sounds like a bunch of numbers again, but I guess it means it’s gettin’ better.
- And they got all these fancy names for it, like DeepRemix, DeepAudio, AI Liberation, AI Empowerment. Sounds like somethin’ out of a science fiction movie, if you ask me. But I guess it means it can do a lot of fancy things with sound.
So, how do you use it? Well, I ain’t got a clue, to be honest. I’m just tellin’ you what I heard. But I reckon it ain’t too hard, they got these computer things figured out pretty good these days. You probably just gotta click some buttons and move some sliders around. Like I said, it’s probably smarter than me. But if you’re good with computers, you can probably figure it out.
Anyways, that’s what I know about this RipX thing on the Mac. Sounds like a powerful tool for messin’ with music. If you’re into that sort of thing, you might wanna check it out. Just be careful with them torrents, and don’t go breakin’ no laws, ya hear? And don’t blame me if you can’t figure out how to use it, I’m just a simple old woman tryin’ to make sense of all this newfangled technology.
One more thing. They said somethin’ ’bout Hit’n’Mix. That’s the name of the company that makes this RipX. They got all these fancy names trademarks or somethin’. I don’t know what all that means, but I guess they’re the ones who make it all happen.
So there you have it. Everything I know about RipX on a Mac, or at least everything I could understand from all that tech talk. Hope it helps ya out, or at least doesn’t confuse ya too much.
