Why My Mi PC Wont Boot Past BIOS? Quick Troubleshooting

Well now, let me tell ya, this here computer thing, sometimes it just acts up like a stubborn mule. You turn it on, and it gets stuck on that BIOS screen, won’t go no further. It’s like it forgot where it was goin’. Drives ya crazy, it does.
