Man, let me tell you about this Childish Gambino “Because The Internet” vinyl I just got my hands on. It’s been on my wishlist for a while, and I finally decided to pull the trigger. I’ve been a huge fan of Gambino since “Camp,” and “Because The Internet” is such a unique album. So, I had to have it on vinyl.
I ordered it online, and the anticipation was killing me. I was checking the tracking information every day. I set up my turntable, cleaned my other records, and got everything ready for its arrival. The day it finally arrived, I rushed home from work and tore open the package like a kid on Christmas morning. I Carefully remove the record from its sleeve, admire the artwork, and gently place it on the turntable. It comes with a screenplay, a real thick one. I felt it and read some parts of it. It’s pretty cool.
I dropped the needle, and the first track, “The Library (Intro),” started playing. It’s just the sound of people typing, but it sets the mood for the whole album. I set the volume at a decent level and sat down on the ground. Then “Crawl” kicked in, and the bass was so deep, I could feel it in my chest. It sounded amazing on vinyl, way better than streaming. I can really hear all the details in the music.

I listened to the whole album in one sitting, just soaking it all in. I closed my eyes and enjoyed it. The sound quality is incredible, and it’s so cool to have a physical copy of the music. I flipped the records over, played them again, and read the screenplay while listening. The experience is totally different and I enjoyed it.
I’ve been listening to it non-stop since I got it. I even played it for my friends, and they were all impressed. If you’re a fan of Childish Gambino or just appreciate good music, you need to get this vinyl. It’s a must-have for any record collection. It’s an experience, not just an album. Trust me, you won’t regret it. It’s totally worth it. You can really appreciate the music in a whole new way.
