Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this manga series, “Does it Count if You Lose to an Android?” I know, the title is wild, right? But hear me out, it’s actually pretty interesting. So, let me tell you all about it.
First off, I got my hands on Volume 1. The main character, Akane, she’s just your average office worker, but she’s got this, um, interest in androids. Yeah, it’s a bit out there, but I was curious. I flipped through the pages, and the artwork is actually pretty good. It’s got this modern, sleek vibe that really fits the whole android theme.
Then, things got a little crazy. Akane’s childhood friend, Jun, showed up out of nowhere. And guess what? Jun dropped this bombshell that she’s been in love with Akane since they were kids! I was like, “Whoa, where did that come from?”
But wait, it gets even weirder. This android, Nadeshiko, who’s supposed to be helping Akane, suddenly declared that she’s Akane’s fiancee! I mean, what the heck? I had to keep reading. I got volume 2, and it was just more drama. There’s this whole love triangle thing going on, and honestly, I’m kind of hooked. The story is definitely not what I expected. There’s actual emotions and stuff involved.
- Picked up Volume 3 on my Kindle. It was just easier that way, you know?
- Found some info about Volume 5 online. Apparently, there’s this whole “best friends forever” thing, and Jun has to force Akane to face her feelings. Sounds juicy, right?
- Read somewhere that this manga puts a lesbian twist on the whole android-human relationship thing. Now I’m even more curious!
- Ordered Volume 1 from an online bookstore. I needed a physical copy. And yeah, they delivered it the next day. Pretty sweet.
So, yeah, that’s my experience with this manga so far. It’s definitely a wild ride. I started reading it out of pure curiosity, but now I’m invested. I need to know what happens next! If you’re into crazy love stories with a sci-fi twist, you might want to check it out. Just be prepared for some unexpected turns.
And I think I will buy all the books and read them. It is really interesting.
