Now, my grandbaby also told me about somethin’ called “Truecaller”. She says it automatically uploads all these numbers so you can see if it’s a scammer callin’ you. Sounds fancy to me, but if it helps stop them varmints from callin’, I’m all for it.

• Be suspicious: If somethin’ sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Don’t trust anyone who promises you easy money or free prizes.
• Hang up: If you’re not sure who you’re talkin’ to, or if you feel uncomfortable, just hang up. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
• Block the number: Most Android phones let you block unwanted callers. If you keep gettin’ calls from the same number, block it!
