Okay, so today I wanted to try something that seemed pretty cool. I’ve got a Mac and a Windows PC, and I always thought it would be great if I could use just one mouse and keyboard for both. I’ve seen some people doing it, and I figured, why not give it a shot myself? So, I started looking into this thing called ShareMouse. Seems like it’s the go-to software for this kind of setup. I read that it could allow me to manage multiple machines simultaneously.
First off, I went to find a download for ShareMouse, not from their official website, because I wanted to find a cracked version. It took me some time, but I eventually found a cracked version of ShareMouse 6.0.62.
After downloading, I installed it on my Mac. It wasn’t too hard, just followed the usual steps for installing apps. The trickier part was figuring out how to get it working properly since it wasn’t from the official source.
I also learned about some free alternatives like “Barrier”, “Garage Mouse without Borders”, and “Deskflow”. But I decided to stick with ShareMouse for now since I already had it installed.
- Download ShareMouse: Found a cracked version online.
- Install on Mac: Standard installation process, but had to bypass some security warnings.
- Configuration: This was the tricky part. Needed to adjust settings to recognize the other computer.
After installation, I spent a good chunk of time in the settings. I needed to make sure my Mac could recognize my Windows PC. I went into “System Settings,” then “Privacy & Security,” and finally “Accessibility.” There, I toggled the switch for ShareMouse to the on position. I had to do similar tweaks on the Windows side, too.
Once everything was set up, I moved my mouse to the edge of my Mac screen, and boom, it appeared on my Windows PC! It felt like magic. I could even copy and paste text between the two computers, which was super convenient.
So, that’s basically what I did today. It was a bit of a process, especially since I was using a cracked version and had to figure things out as I went, but it was worth it. Now I can control both my computers with one mouse and keyboard, and it’s pretty awesome. I am going to try those free alternatives another time, but for now, this works great!
